MIRA Travel Co. is a luxury travel agency that specializes in the balance of getting to know your unique preferences and using our expertise and partnerships to plan trips and experiences you did not know were possible. Through luxury travel partnerships, we provide clients with access to extra amenities, exclusive promotions, and elevated service.
Explore
After completing our Explore form, Tara will reach out to set up an introductory call. This is where we get to know each other, review your travel goals, answer questions about how we work, and develop next steps.
Craft
After deciding your preferred tier of support and signing our client agreement form, we start making the magic happen. Using our expertise and connections, we do extensive planning to create a custom itinerary that takes advantage of all MIRA Travel Co. has to offer. Based on how you like to work you can either be hands-off or as involved as you like.
Collaborate
Once the proposal is complete, Tara will schedule a video call or in-person meeting where we walk through the itinerary, fine-tune based on your feedback, and discuss any additional concierge services you are interested in. Leading up to your trip we will remind you of insider tips on where you’re traveling, any potential cultural differences to keep in mind, and any other pre-trip prep you desire.

Tiers
Complete Travel Design Package
Planning fee starts at $500 per trip. This includes all the core aspects of travel design including the exploratory call, a personalized proposal with dedicated research and partner support, hotel, experience, and meal reservations, travel insurance coordination, etc.
It also includes VIP-level support throughout the process and exclusive amenities along the way.
Destination and Accommodation Proposal
Planning fee starts at $200 per proposal. Not sure where you want to stay on your next trip and want VIP perks? This tier includes the exploratory call and a proposal of 3 recommendations.
Note: if you decide after the proposal you want to add on the full Travel Design package the $200 will be credited to your invoice.
